Simply unzip and put it in aircraft folder, FS2002 & FS2004
If you like to have better panels or sounds, just read the other readme file, there are recommended items.
These textures are also working for SSW A310-203, one of the most complex addon planes, which can be purchased either by www.simflight.com at the simmarket sector or directly by http://www.simsoftworkshop.com/
If you have that SSW A310, just extract the textures of this compressed file and install them like other liveries at that SSW Plane.
